Smart Comfort concern other guest benefit, if there is a noise complain and no change after our notice. Smart Comfort may ask guest to leave from Smart Comfort. At this case, we don’t refund any of your booking
Guest’s visitors are allowed to stay upto 22.00, Smart Comfort may ask to leave visitors after 22.00.

Terms and Conditions
This Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Guest”) and the undersigned owner, manager or agent (“Smart Comfort Management”), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
OCCUPANCY
 Guest agrees that no more than [Max Guests] two persons shall be permitted to stay on the Property overnight during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement.
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
 The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Smart Comfort Management shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access as applicable. Smart Comfort Management shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.

Liability Disclaimer
Smart Comfort Apartments owners shall not accept responsibility for losses to our guests for any claims, including but not limited to:
1. Responsibility for personal body injury, death, accident, lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
2. Any delays or changes in schedule, itineraries, incurred by any person arising out of any willful or negligent act or omission of any carrier, hotel, airline, villa, ground operator or other person who does not render any services or accommodations.
3. The act or omissions of any party.
4. Monetary crisis, labor problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, climatic aberrations, local laws, novel or unexpected conditions.
5. Absence of travel documents, passports, visa and health certificates, where required.
6. Additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, missed carrier connections, substitute accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, change in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, disease, acts of god or any events beyond our control.
Accordingly, the Guests covenant and agree the Property Owner or Smart Comfort Apartments is not responsible for damages such as (but not limited to) motorcycle, scooter, and other vehicle rentals, horse-back riding, SCUBA diving, deep-sea fishing, golfing, pool/ocean swimming and surfing, falls from pool side, wet tiles and or stairs along with any sliding glass door injuries. Therefore, each guest agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in any and all activities, risks, and use of the accommodations, and hereby assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property. For the execution interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, the parties expressly submit to the laws in effect and to the courts of Denpassar, Indonesia, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may now or hereafter be applicable by reason of their present or future domiciles.Guests with Disabilities – Indonesia does not conform to the most countries disability laws like the United States’ American Disabilities Act, therefore, facilities for disabled persons are limited in Bali and subsequently at Smart Comfort Apartments.
All Guests staying and visitors at Smart Comfort Apartments agree to the Waiver of Liability Disclaimer and all other Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website www.smartcomfortapartments.com

Cancellation policy
Amendment may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival.
A non refundable 50% of the full amount will be charged upon booking.
The remaining 50% will be charged 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable.

Non-refundable rate booking
Non-refundable for any cancellation or amendment of dates.
A full non-refundable advance deposit is required for this booking at the time of booking.
